Port Forwarding means to open a port in the Internet server and also to remove your port from firewall. The way through which a data is downloaded is called port. There are many ports via which the files are downloaded.Now how to open a port in UTorrent or BitTorrent.
Now follow the steps below to port forward.

Step1:Open Speed guide from Options Menu and select your connection type.Mine is 2Mbps and I've set it as xx/2Mbit.
Step2:Open Preferences from Options Menu.In that select connections.Now first un check the Randomize port on each start option.Then copy that port number.- Enable DHT Network: CHECKEDThis is recommended to be checked to improve speeds. More people will be available for sharing if this is checked.
- Enable DHT for new torrents: CHECKED
- Enable Peer Exchange: CHECKED
- Enable scrapping: CHECKED
- Pre-allocate all files: CHECKED
- Append .!ut to incomplete files: UNCHECKED

Step3:Now Open the Windows Firewall window from Control Panel.Then go to Exceptions tab.
Click on the "ADD PORT".In that small Window that appear add the port number which you copied from UTorrent, under some name. Then click 'OK'.

NOW HALF OF THE PROCESS IS OVER.
STEP4:Now open your browser and type "Your default gateway ip". Give username and password as "admin".
TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR IP ADDRESS...OPEN RUN->CMD->TYPE "IPCONFIG"
[YOU WILL GET ALL YOUR IP IN THAT COMMAND PROMPT WINDOW,NOTE DOWN THE GATEWAY IP AND IP ADDRESS]
Step5:Now under Advanced Settings select NAT->DMZ Host..Under that add your static ip address or default ip. And Save settings. [These settings may change depending upon the Broadband Company] or
- Under ‘Applications’ fill out one line for each p2p client you use
- You need to use your ip address, the correct port range and set either tcp or udp
- You can find and change the ports in the actual p2p client’s settings, just make sure they are the same in the router
- Most p2p apps need both tcp and udp checked, if you are not sure check your p2p client’s FAQ
- Save your settings

Step6:That's all.Now open UTorrent Window and see...
